Meals

We deliver three nutritious meals a day, five days a week, to homebound seniors in our community. Our volunteers take time to chat with each client, checking on them, and bringing a bright spot to their day.

Many seniors have questions about whether our Meals on Wheels delivery service is free. Depending on personal circumstances, meals may be provided along a sliding fee scale from no charge to full price. While no senior will be denied meal service due to an inability to pay, they may be asked to donate toward the cost of their meal.

“Before we contacted Meals on Wheels Orange County, we weren’t eating right. We tried our best but depended on processed food and takeout. Since we started receiving meals, my doctors can’t believe the change!”
