This easy tropical smoothie is perfect for a hot summer day!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium guava or mango (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 small banana (or 1/2 of a medium banana)
- 1 cup orange juice
- Handful of ice
Directions:
- Cut the guava in half and scoop out the seed pods. Remove the fruit from the skin. If using a mango, cut the fruit from the seed and remove the flesh from the skin.
- Slice banana into chunks.
- Put fruit into a blender with orange juice and ice; blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
